Julie moved to the Bay Area in 2006 by way of Nebraska, where she was born and raised. She received a BS in Business Administration - Accountancy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
In 2012, she left a 10 year career as an Accountant to follow her passion for fitness and helping others. Because she had been an athlete since a young age (competing in many sports ranging from Swimming, Basketball, Soccer, Softball, and Dance), it’s no surprise the transition to the weight room was natural.
As a Certified Personal Trainer for Fitness SF-Oakland, she was awarded Top-Trainer several months in a row. She has earned certifications in a wide-variety of Group Fitness formats, ranging from High-intensity Interval Training to Senior Strength and Conditioning. Whatever your fitness goals may be, Julie has the knowledge, expertise and experience to help you achieve them.
