FOODIE FRIDAY😋


Here’s a simple but delicious protein packed smoothie. It’s loaded with vitamins A & C, calcium, iron, potassium and fiber. Guaranteed

to pump you up pre-workout or refuel your body post workout.

Protein Source: Whey protein isolate OR Plant based protein powder. Option to use Greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese instead of protein powder if preferred.

1 cup (your choice) almond, coconut, or cow’s milk

1 serving size protein powder or alternative (approx. 20-25 grams protein)

½ banana

½ cup berries

1 cup of spinach

1 tablespoon of chia seeds, almond butter, or whole raw almonds

Blend all ingredients together for a wonderful, healthy treat!
