WORKOUT WEDNESDAY💪🏽😘


This week's Workout Wednesday is a challenging total-body circuit using only a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat (optional). You can perform each exercise for 45 seconds, or 10-12 reps. Allow 15-20 second recoveries in between moves.

1. Fast Skaters

2. Side-Lunge (left) w/Biceps Curls to Overhead Press

3. Side-Lunge (right) w/Biceps Curls to Overhead Press

4. Bent Over Rows

5. Push-up w/Renegade Rows

6. Reverse Crunch w/Leg Raises - Lat Pullover

Repeat the entire set 3-5 times.
