WORKOUT WEDNESDAY💪🏽

In honor of ALL the busy people out there; especially moms (and dads) who have to multi-task for survival, here’s a great way to turn your house- cleaning duties into a kick butt workout!

For this workout all you need is some good music, cleaning spray (we like simple green), a couple of towels, and a vacuum cleaner. Rubber gloves are optional. ;-)

  • Tidy Up: Squat Pick-Ups

  • Spray & Scrub: Plank Walkout

  • Suck It Up (literally w/the vacuum): Iso-Lunge w/Push & Pull

  • Don’t Forget the Corners: Single Leg Balance & Reach

  • Scrub the Floor: Plank w/Knee Raises (towels under feet)

  • Scrub the Floor: Single Leg Lunge Slide

As always, work safely within YOUR pain-free range, and meet your body where it is. Cleaning can be fun! Enjoy!
