WORKOUT WEDNESDAY💪🏽

Do you have a Stability Ball lying around your house collecting dust? Maybe you bought one a while ago with good intentions to use but simply forgot about it. Or maybe you never learned how to get the most out of it. Well, here’s a total body workout using nothing more than a pumped up Stability Ball.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15-20 seconds in between for transition/recovery time. Repeat the entire circuit 3-5 times… or until you can’t move!

  1. Reverse Lunge with Overhead Raise

  2. Atomic Push Up with Jack Knife

  3. Thoracic Rotation

  4. Bridge with 3-Second Hold
