TECHNIQUE TUESDAY 🛠

This TRX move is a fun, dynamic movement warm-up for your chest, shoulders, back, legs and core. As the name suggests, the Golf Rotation mimics a golf swing, while using the resistance of the TRX suspension straps to actively engage your muscles, improve shoulder mobility, and increase thoracic rotation. This fluid movement incorporates a quarter squat, hip hinge, dynamic flexibility, and joint mobility as well as core activation and stabilization. It’s a great way to warm up and prepare your upper body for strength training, swimming or a cardio workout.

Perform 10-12 repetitions on each side, deepening the movement as your body allows. As always, work within YOUR pain-free range of motion and meet your body where it is.
