WORKOUT WEDNESDAY💪🏽

Resistance bands, also known as exercise tubing allow you to perform a variety of strength-training exercises without weights. They are lightweight, portable, inexpensive, easy to store and perfect for exercising virtually anywhere!

This week’s workout was done using a variety of resistance bands and a stable anchor.

Perform each exercise 10-12 repetitions (each side) in sequence for 3-5 sets

  1. Reverse Lunge with Row

  2. Forward Lunge with Chest Press

  3. Torso Rotation

  4. Half Kneeling R-T-A (*R stands for shoulder retraction)
