WORKOUT WEDNESDAY💪🏽

Working out with a partner is a great way to challenge yourself and have fun! In addition to providing support and accountability for each other, the exchange of endorphins (‘feel good’ hormones) between workout partners can strengthen relationships and promote team building.

This duet workout requires nothing more than a motivating fitness buddy and a Medicine Ball.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 second recoveries.

  1. Reverse Lunge with Rotation to Medicine Ball Bounce

  2. Back-to-Back Medicine Ball Pass

  3. Push-Up with Partner Hand Clap

  4. Bridge with Medicine Ball Lat Pullover

  5. Dying Bug with Pullover

Repeat the entire set 3-5 times… and have FUN!!
