WORKOUT WEDNESDAY 💪🏽

We love using the TRX® to design challenging, FUNctional workouts. The versatility of suspension exercises allows us to build true functional strength, improve balance, flexibility and core stability all at once.

For this week’s Workout Wednesday we’re all about the Back and Shoulders. These targeted exercises can be easily modified to accommodate any fitness level, and the straps are adjustable to fit different body sizes, limb lengths, and intensity modifications.

We recommend warming up with a total body TRX Front Lunge (with I-Fly), 8-10 repetitions each leg. Then performing each of the following strength exercises for 3-5 sets, 8-12 repetitions.

  1. TRX High Row

  2. TRX Rear Deltoid Fly

  3. TRX Low Row

  4. TRX Superwoman
