Love Halloween but hate the focus on candy and sugar-filled snacks? We’ve got you covered! Try these healthy Halloween snack options that are creative and fun!

INGREDIENTS

Apple Bites

  • 1 apple

  • slivered almonds

  • almond or peanut butter

  • strawberry jam

Ghostly Bananas

  • 1 banana

  • semi-sweet chocolate chips

Clementine Pumpkins

  • clementines or tangerines

  • celery

INSTRUCTIONS

Apple Bites

  1. Cut off the sides of an apple and cut them in half

  2. Cut out the mouth in each apple quarter

  3. Put 1 tsp of jam or nut butter inside the apple to create a tongue

  4. Place slivered almonds for the teeth

Ghostly Bananas

  1. Peel a banana and cut in half

  2. Place 1 chocolate chip with the pointy side in to create a mouth

  3. Cut a chocolate chip into quarters

  4. Use 2 quarters to create the ghost's eyes

Clementine Pumpkins

  1. Peel clementines

  2. Cut the celery into 2-inch pieces

  3. Insert the celery into the top of the peeled clementine
