Between all of the Halloween candy and Thanksgiving pies, who couldn’t benefit from this nutrient packed green detox smoothie?

Simply combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender, mix until smooth, then enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1/2 chopped English Cucumber

  • 1 1/2 cups kale, rinsed and de-stemmed

  • 1 small organic lemon, quartered

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup ice
