Workout Wednesday💪🏽

While my private fitness studio is being remodeled, I’ve been enjoying workouts at Sequoyah Country Club’s beautiful Wellness Center. I am reminded how much I LOVE using the Smith Machine; can’t wait to have one of my own!

Cycle through these 5 exercises for a full body circuit.

Perform each exercise 8-12 reps, 3-5 times.

  1. Reverse Lunge to Balance (each leg)

  2. Stiff-leg Deadlift

  3. Narrow Stance Squat

  4. Inverted Row

  5. Push-up

As always, listen to your body and be sure to work within YOUR pain-free available range.
