'Tis the season for… smoothies??

There’s never a bad time to enjoy this deliciously healthy

Banana Coconut Protein Smoothie. Whether it’s a pre-workout meal, or a post-workout snack, this recipe is super simple and quick to make.

For a little holiday fun, decorate the glass to make a snowman!

YIELDS: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ingredients

  • 1 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2-4 Ice Cubes

  • 1 tablespoon coconut shavings (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine bananas, milk, vanilla, and ice into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve topped with fresh coconut shavings.

  4. Enjoy!
