Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 second recoveries in between.

3️⃣ Push-up Shoulder Tap

4️⃣ Jump Lunge

5️⃣ Kneeling Hip Thrust

6️⃣ Oblique Bicycle Crunch

Repeat the entire circuit 5 times for a 30 minute full-body blast!
